T-T I REALLY wish I could have added sound to this and I even downloaded a trial of flash, but even after spending a couple hours watching tutorials, I still couldn't get it to work. GAH! If anyone out there can help me in detail, I'd love it. I have the gif already made (used adobe image ready) so... yeah.

If you haven't seen the original of this ([link]) then you fail as a Hetalia and/or America fan. Anyways, I looooved this and when I saw that *yuumei had posted a meme to make your own ([link]), I just HAD to try it. Of course, I chose to do Reno. Except I used EMRs instead of flags with lil bolt/lightning marks popping out. :3 ENJOY!
Oh, and yes I KNOW he doesn't have his goggles on. I left them out so... shush.
